Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Return Your Item

Please follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@eliseatelier-charleston.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Carefully package the item and send it to the address provided.
Please use a shipping service that includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
